We blended wines from my father, Henri Caillez, vinified in 2002 and 2004, with our 2016 wine. The origin of the grapes was the same : a plot of vineyard planted with Pinot Noir and Meunier, located in Damery, near a low wall. Hence the name of the cuvée "AUX PIEDS DU MUR" (and it's also a play on words in French).
Discover this elegant, slightly tannic and pleasantly fresh Côteaux ! It is structured and harmonious. And very original in its conception !
