Wine production:
Our Rosé cuvée is a blend of two grape varieties, mainly Meunier (around two-thirds) and Pinot Noir. We blend the musts (juices) rather than the wines. The yeasts from the fermenting red wine mix with the white wine, giving the rosé its characteristic taste. The cuvée ages for between 20 and 30 months on slats, with part of the ageing process taking place in oak barrels. Rosé is a brut whose liqueur, composed of reserve wine and cane sugar, highlights the small red fruits.
Tasting:
The aromas of Rosé are mainly fruity and spicy. Over time, marine and woody notes develop, offering an earth-and-sea olfactory experience. It is recommended to taste this wine at 10 degrees in a wide-bowled flute to appreciate its tender attack on the palate. The effervescence is accompanied by a beautiful vinosity, and the finish is clean and generous.

Food and wine pairing:
There are many possibilities for pairing Rosé with food. You could opt for flat oysters, fish tartare or a Champagne lentil salad with duck breast. Rosé can also be enjoyed with tangy desserts, as well as with a selection of hard cheeses.
