Caillez-Lemaire Champagne takes centre stage in the 2027 guides!

It is with great pride that we share the latest tasting notes from the 2027 editions of the Bettane + Desseauve Guide and the Hachette Wine Guide.

In its 2027 edition, the Bettane + Desseauve guide has awarded us 2 stars and praised the steady improvement across our entire range, highlighting the way we showcase our favourite grape variety, Pinot Meunier, on the terroirs of Damery and Cumières. Our cuvées have received some excellent scores, such as our Coteaux Champenois (92/100), our Brut Rosé (91/100) and also Jadis 2013 and Éclats (90/100).

For its part, the 2027 Hachette Wine Guide highlights our oak-ageing techniques, our organic certification, and our 2013 Jadis cuvée (1 star), which has been recognised – following 11 years’ ageing on slats – for its brioche-like complexity and lovely structure. Our Rosé de Noirs is also praised in the guide for its rich flavour and structure.

These awards recognise the day-to-day hard work, passion and high standards of our entire team, from the vineyard to the cellar.
