The 2026 grape harvest – the earliest on record … we started on 14 August

The vagaries of the weather have once again shaped this wine-growing year. The spring frost, which severely affected several of our plots, combined with the summer drought, resulted in particularly low yields at harvest time.
Whilst quantity may be lacking, quality is certainly not: the grapes are perfectly ripe and remarkably concentrated. We now hope that the next vintage will be kinder and allow us to fill our vats and barrels more generously!
